BRCL Event Reporting Form

This form is to provide an avenue for reporting instances of poor sportsmanship observed during BRCL competition by players, parents, team officials, coaches, or spectators. All reports will be followed up by the BRCL sportsmanship committee as appropriate, and a response directed to the provider of this report in a timely fashion. Please note, this form is not intended as an avenue for comments about game officials or their judgment calls during a match.

Comments or questions about officiating will not be responded to since that is clearly not the stated purpose of this form.
