Provide your comments here through the BRCL Referee Liaison. YOUR REFEREEING COMPLIMENTS, CONCERNS, SUGGESTIONS, AND QUESTIONS CAN BE SUBMITTED HERE. Please note that all referee judgment calls are final when play resumes or when the game ends, whichever occurs first, and the league cannot change them. Please also note that the Center Referee is on the field, is trained at the craft of refereeing, and that his/her vantage point is much different than your view from the sideline. The Goal and Motto of the BRCL Referee Liaison is "high quality refereeing in a high quality league." With your help, the BRCL will continue to provide our young people with the best player experiences possible. All emails to "DEAR REFEREE" WILL be answered.
