1. Vinyard II Fields 1 & 2 goal size 7'x21' (width is out of standard on small sided field)
2. Green Hill Park Field 2 goal size 7'x21' (width is out of standard on small sided field)
3. Green Hill Park Field 3 goal size 8'x24' (width is out of standard on small sided field)
4. Merriman Field 1 goal size 7'x21' (width is out of standard on small sided field)
5. Weyers Cave Ruritan Park Field 1 goal size is 8' x 19'.

The purpose of this email is to notify the League of field exceptions for the spring 2006 season that have been reviewed, forwarded to the club rep and field coordinators responsible for fields in question and granted a waiver upon their confirmation of the exceptions.   In accordance with the Blue Ridge Classic Leagues Field Policy and Standards, all field standards exceptions will be posted on the BRCL website.    I want to remind everyone that posting these exceptions is done to avoid protests and to notify all teams in advance to these exceptions to the league policy.

As stated in the BRCL Field Policy and Standards: Violation of the BRCL field standards will not be a matter with which to protest the outcome of a game in any case.

Any Coach, Team Manager, BRCL member club officer or board member may communicate a violation of the BRCL field standards to the attention of the league via an email to the league administrator (BRCLsoccer@cox.net) copying also their own BRCL club representative.

Thank you to everyone for the hard work you put forth to ensure compliance of league policy. Of all the fields we use there were only 5 exceptions for the season and all were regarding goal sizes.
